Rules governing use of the KredSetu platform

By using KredSetu websites, webviews, and related digital services, you agree to these terms. KredSetu acts as a lending facilitation platform and does not, unless specifically disclosed, act as the lender of record.

1. Eligibility

  • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • You must be legally eligible to enter into financial agreements in India.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and OTPs.

2. Platform role

KredSetu may assist with discovery, comparison, onboarding, document collection, and communication flows for regulated lending partners. Final approval, underwriting, pricing, and disbursal remain subject to partner policies and law.

3. User responsibilities

  • Do not submit false, manipulated, or misleading documents.
  • Do not misuse the site, the OTP flow, or support channels.
  • Repayment obligations are governed by the final lender agreement you accept.

4. Fees, charges, and disclosures

Product-specific charges, interest rates, and repayment structures are disclosed in the final offer, key fact statement, or sanction documents where applicable. No customer should rely on marketing pages alone for final binding pricing.

5. Suspension and termination

KredSetu may restrict or suspend access where misuse, fraud risk, legal issues, or policy violations are detected. We may also retain records as required by law.

6. Liability

The platform is provided on a best-effort basis. KredSetu is not liable for lender credit decisions, customer device issues, telecom delivery failures, or third-party service interruptions beyond reasonable control.

7. Governing framework

These terms are intended to operate alongside applicable Indian law, RBI-aligned lending practices, and binding product documents issued by the regulated partner.
